Pretty {Little} Pouch Swap: The Results
Who wouldn't want to open a package and have this waiting inside? A new makeup bag complete with jewel toned hexagons and linen--thank you Krystina! I'm a bit nervous to get it dirty... but I'm excited to have something nicer than a black free gift with purchase makeup bag from Express to look at every morning. She included some great goodies, including Mendocino fabric, a great teal/green piece, a heavy duty gray fabric that my husband has already hinted could be a pouch that attaches to his commuter bag (no patchwork, please), and some neutral thread.
The thread, in fact, will be used to quilt this quilt. Tonight. :)
Note: this quilt is still a WIP a few days later. So, I decided to link up to Freshly Pieced--WIP Wednesday :)
